Cleaning Up the Stress Mess

We all experience stress to some degree, whether in our personal lives, or with our professional careers. The important thing to know is What is stress? What causes it? What can you do about it? Dr. Deb will discuss how many types of stress can affect your health and well-being. She will also be sharing practical solutions we can all incorporate for managing them more effectively.

Dr. Deborah Morrone established her practice, Frederick Chiropractic Wellness Center, in 2002. She is a 2000 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, and has a degree in Biology from Hiram College in northeastern Ohio.

As a lifelong nerd who enjoys reading and learning, she has done extensive postgraduate study in functional anatomy, neurology, and nutrition. She enjoys working closely with her people to help them understand how their bodies work, and provide individualized, practical solutions to help them reach their health goals.

She has been an active member of the Frederick Jaycees and is a past president and Paul Harris Fellow of the Fredericktowne Rotary. She also serves on the board for ChiroMission, a non-profit that organizes mission trips to the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and raises funds for education, shelter, and healthcare in those countries.
